These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Premium Termite & Pest Control Time Card App (the “App”) provided by Premium Termite & Pest Control (“Premium TPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is provided for internal employee timekeeping and payroll support, including clock-in, clock-out, and lunch break tracking.

The App is not intended for consumer use and is only for authorized Premium TPC employees and staff.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use the App only if:

• You are an employee, contractor, or authorized worker of Premium TPC, and
• You are authorized by Premium TPC to access and use the App.

You agree to provide accurate information and use the App only for lawful, work-related purposes.

3. Timekeeping Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Recording your time punches accurately
• Clocking out and clocking in for lunch as required
• Reviewing your time entries and reporting issues to your supervisor promptly

Premium TPC may review, audit, correct, or adjust timekeeping records as permitted by applicable laws and company policies.

4. SMS/Text Message Terms (Operational Notifications)

If you provide a mobile number, the App may send you operational SMS notifications, including reminders such as:

• Lunch clock-out reminders
• Clock-in/clock-out reminders
• Time punch error notifications

These messages are not marketing and are used only for operational timekeeping purposes.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
You may request help by replying HELP.

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to access another employee’s account
• Interfere with the App’s operation or security
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App outside of normal usage

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time for operational, security, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Premium TPC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium TPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the App.

10. Termination

Premium TPC may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

• employment ends,
• access is no longer authorized, or
• misuse is suspected.
