Premium Termite & Pest Control (“Premium TPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when employees and authorized users use the Premium TPC Time Card App (“App”).
This App is intended for internal employee timekeeping and is not a consumer-facing product.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the App, we may collect the following information:
A) Employee and Account Information

- Mobile phone number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Employee ID or internal identifier (if applicable)
B) Timekeeping and Work Activity Information
- Clock-in and clock-out timestamps
- Lunch break clock-out and clock-in timestamps
- Time punch status (successful/failed)
- Notes submitted with time punches (if enabled)
C) Device and Technical Information
- Device type and operating system (basic)
- App usage logs (for troubleshooting and performance)
- IP address (if applicable)
D) Location Information (Optional)
If enabled by the employer, the App may collect location information at the time of a punch to verify timekeeping activity. If location tracking is not enabled, we do not collect location data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate the App and provide employee timekeeping functionality
- To send operational reminders related to time punches (such as lunch clock-out reminders)
- To verify and maintain accurate payroll/timekeeping records
- To troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and improve reliability
- To comply with legal obligations and employment record requirements
3. SMS/Text Message Communications
If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive operational SMS messages related to timekeeping, such as:
- Lunch clock-out reminders
- Clock-in/clock-out reminders
- Punch confirmation or error messages
These messages are not marketing and are only used for internal operational purposes.
Opting Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also request assistance by replying HELP.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information only in the following situations:
A) Service Providers
We may share limited information with vendors who help us operate the App, such as:
- SMS delivery providers (example: Twilio)
- Hosting and cloud service providers
- Security and logging tools
These vendors are only permitted to use information to provide services to Premium TPC.

C) Business Operations
Information may be accessed by authorized Premium TPC staff for payroll, HR, and operational purposes.

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
