I had been seeing termite droppings around my garage floor.I found Premium Termite online, and from the start the staff there was very helpful.They sent Oscar out and boy he was very informative giving me options and walked me through the process, because of that I hired them on the spot.I cant thank Oscar enough for his help and expertise.This is my go to Pest control company now.

I had a serious spiders problem in my yard, and Oscar came to the rescue! He was professional, prompt, and really took the time to explain the treatments he would use to get rid of the spiders. After just one visit, I noticed a huge difference—my outdoor space is now spiders-free, and I can finally enjoy it without being swarmed. Oscar’s expertise and attention to detail were impressive, and I highly recommend him for anyone dealing with a spider issue. Five stars all the way!

I must say that I am extremely satisfied with Premium's quality of service. I've been a Customer for about 2 years now and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. Our service technician Omar is always kind and thorough with his work. He ensures that our pets are safe in the process and always offers helpful advice. Terrific from the start! We have an ongoing rat problem and tried Terminix first (do not waste your time or money).
Joel came and spend a couple hours searching inside and out for access points. Very knowledgeable. Bree is friendly and kind in the office and scheduled the sealing for us. The technician, Omar was polite, very professional and on time!
Good to find a company fill of reliable, good folks to help us eliminate the pests.

Premium Termite & Pest did an awesome job from the first phone call to the technician coming out on site. They went above and beyond with their inspection and even pointed out a few issues that might be leading to mosquitos entering our home. I would highly recommend the team at Premium Termite to handle any pest issues you have in your home!

Planning to exit ones home for a couple of days is never an easy feat when it encompasses so many tasks. However, the team at Premium Termite & Pest Control were on it and made the process seamless and simple.
Joel, the owner is as nice as they come. Bre (your go to person), no denying her efficiency. Set up and tear down staff were very friendly and cordial.

PremiumTermite & Pest Control is the absolute best. The company promptly responded to my call and arrived at my house within an hour. The two men thoroughly inspected the house and recommended improvements to keep 4+ legged animals out. The men were clean, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Thank you Premium!
