My roommate and I were seeing tons of spiders so due to high reviews, she called into Premium to get our home serviced - ever since we have been using them our spider activity has been at an all time minimum… basically non existent!! They don’t have a all those 5 stars for nothing!! Our technician Ciara the past couple times has been extremely considerate of my requests on where exactly to spray and where not to spray - she basically knows it with out me asking already! We sought out Premium Termite & Pest Control after noticing termite droppings falling from a kick-out hole in one of the wooden beams on our ceiling. Dylyn was our termite inspector, and he was very professional, kind, informative, and incredibly thorough. Dylyn was the second inspector to come by that day (previous inspector was from Kilter), and he was able to identify additional areas in need of treatment/extermination. He took pictures of the areas of concern in the attic that we couldn't see ourselves, which was nice and something that the Kilter inspector did not do for us. He spent a little over two hours inspecting our entire property (1250 sq ft), crawling under the house and climbing up into our cramped and dusty attic. He sent the detailed inspection report over the following Monday (he came on a Saturday) that broke down the areas of concern, treatment options available, and the costs. However, we decided to go with Kilter because they were a bit more affordable, and Kilter offered preventative care in addition to extermination. My dad and I wanted to go with Premium, but we're on a tight budget at the moment. If it wasn't about the costs we would have gone with Premium, because Dylyn really built our trust by doing such an amazing job with the inspection, so much so that we knew they would do an equally great job with the extermination. We will definitely seek out Premium if we have any other pest issues. I highly recommend Premium's services! Thank you Dylyn for all your hard work!

Frankly I’ve been reluctant to use pest control services in the past but was forced to search one out as I had visible termite and rodent issues at my property. After doing some online research I narrowed it down to 3 companies to interview and request proposals from. Joel from Premium Termite & Pest Control stood out far above the others with his comprehensive approach, professionalism, fair-pricing, and maybe above all… the comfort and confidence that he made me feel after meeting him at the house. I am so pleased that we chose Premium because they handled a very serious rodent issue with tactical precision ( I’d expect nothing less from a veteran owned business LOL). We just bought a home and the seller hired their own companies for a range of inspections on the home. The home inspection suggested we install some things to prevent rodents from getting into our garage. We hired PTPC to come out and take a look. While there, Joel gave a quote but also noticed evidence of termites, which the seller's inspection missed. We asked Joel to do a complete termite inspection and he confirmed termites as well as some other issues the sellers contractors missed. Armed with the information from his report, we confronted the seller's inspectors and they admitted they missed the termites and damage. They also agreed to do the work without any charge to us. We are certain that this would not have been possible without PTPCs knowledge, detailed inspection, and thorough reporting.

After having a bad experience with Terminex I switched to Premium Termite and Pest Control. They are professional and are very thorough. One of the many great experiences I had was I had a rodent problem in one of my rental properties.
