I had been seeing termite droppings around my garage floor.I found Premium Termite online, and from the start the staff there was very helpful.They sent Oscar out and boy he was very informative giving me options and walked me through the process, because of that I hired them on the spot.I cant thank Oscar enough for his help and expertise.This is my go to Pest control company now.

Terrific from the start! We have an ongoing rat problem and tried Terminix first (do not waste your time or money).
Joel came and spend a couple hours searching inside and out for access points. Very knowledgeable. Bree is friendly and kind in the office and scheduled the sealing for us. The technician, Omar was polite, very professional and on time!

Premium did an excellent job for us. Follow-up was terrific. All dates were as planned. I recommend them to anyone who has to get their house fumigated, (although I hope you don't need it).

Joel and Kiowa were both incredibly professional and friendly to work with. They were very thorough with inspecting our house for termites and took their time to pay attention to small details. Local treatment took around 4 hours for our house, and they were way up in our attic and garage to get to all the termites. Communication with Bre on their admin side was quick and responsive. I've learned over the years that it's better to pay a little more and get a skilled team with expertise to do the job once instead of trying to shop around the bottom of the barrel. I love that they are family owned and local, and I'd highly recommend to others!

Premium helped us with a major ant attack and, then, two months later…rats!!! Responded quickly and had to come back several times for the ants, but they eliminated them. They did an excellent sanitation clean in a laundry room where the rats had nested and sealed up vents and drains. They are so nice to work with and much more reasonable than other quotes.
